In our senior centres and community kitchens we provide a nutritious two course sit down meal service Monday to Friday at lunch time, consisting of a main meal and a dessert with tea and/or coffee to follow. We regularly host entertainment in our Community Kitchens e.g., Bingo, Movie Afternoons, and themed parties.

Our community kitchens provide staff/ volunteer contact during mealtimes and develops opportunities for social interaction and community participation for socially isolated people. Friendships are developed through regular contact with each other in a social environment and encourages older people to eat regularly in company.
