Conexus Care ASTER FAMILY RESOURCE CENTER BALBRIGGAN. In 2018 Aster Family Support were successful in securing funding for the development of a new Family Resource Center (FRC) in Balbriggan. Funding was granted for 11 new Family Resource Centers which brings the number of Centers around the country to 120. The Family Resource Center (FRC) is Ireland’s largest National Family and Community-based support programme, core funded by Tusla-The Child and Family Agency . The aim of the National FRC program is to combat disadvantage and improve the functioning of the family unit. Aster Family Resource Center is now based at 1 Georges Square, Balbriggan, Co Dublin.
